As usual, I’ll start with the only print weekly newspaper that’s delivered to all of Cypress, Los Alamitos, & Rossmoor, the News Enterprise, “Rooted deeply in your community since 1923.”
Nice to see front page coverage of the Griffins impressive gridiron victory in the first round of the CIF playoffs. Now on to Fullerton High at 7 Friday night at Fullerton District Stadium.
Cypress is fast-tracking Los Alamitos Race Track’s CUP to extend the Race Course around the lake to the left of the current track.
I especially appreciated Editor Ted Apodaca fitting in my entire Guest View, “Look closely at racing expansion.”
In it I cover several items not fully explored in my posts on the track here on the blog, “Would thoroughbred racing be good for West Orange County?” and “Concerns about the Los Alamitos Race Track Extension.”
