- Today, Monday 2/4: 6 pm. Special Los Alamitos City Council Meeting to discuss hiring our next two City Attorneys, including a public workshop on hiring criteria. ( Click here for yesterday’s post on the meeting.)
- Tomorrow, Tuesday, 2/5: Last day to call 562-347-2100 for this month’s free Hazardous Waste pickup for Los Alamitos residents & businesses on Wednesday, 2/6. You’re paying extra for it whether you use it or not!
- Wednesday, 2/6: 6:00 p.m. General Plan Update at Joint Meeting of all Los Al Commissions at City Hall. Click here for agenda & staff report.
- Wed., 2/6: Monthly HHW pick-up for those who called in a pickup. Oil, batteries, florescent bulbs, paint, insecticide, etc.
- Wed., 2/13: Traffic Commission, 7 p.m. Yeah, it’s not on the City’s Calendar yet–we scooped them on it–but neither is this Wednesday’s Joint Commission Meeting. Or any other commission except for Planning.
- Fri., 2/15: City Hall Closed
- Monday, 2/18, City Hall Closed, Presidents’ Day
- Tuesday, 2/19, City Council Meeting, 6 p.m.
- Saturday, 2/23, Race on the Base
- Friday, March 1, City Hall Closed.
